Q: When I try to import records from Excel, not all of the fields are getting imported.

A: Open the spreadsheet you are importing from. Do you see any green triangles in any of the fields? If you do, click on the field. If there is an apostrophe in front of the data in the field, you need to remove it. If you don't see any triangles, try clicking on the fields that did not get imported and see if there are any extra characters.

Sometimes in Excel there are extra characters that you can't see in the field on the grid, but when you select the field, you can see them in the formula box at the top.
