" It says my records were imported, but no data was imported.
Q: From the web interface, I am trying to import data. After I go through the import steps, it says my data was imported, but when I look, none of the records were imported.
A: Open the import spreadsheet in Excel. Go to the "Formulas" tab on the ribbon and click "Name Manager". You should see a named range called "ImportRange". At the bottom of the pop-up window, next to "refers to", click the up arrow. Your spreadsheet should show a green dashed blinking line around the import area. If this area does not include your data, it will not be imported. Select the correct area, and close the pop-up window. Save the sheet and import again.
