Q: How can I tell how many user licenses I have?

A: From the Desktop/Client interface, version 12 or newer, go to the database administration tab and click "edit users". At the bottom of the edit users screen, you will see the number of user licenses.

For versions 10 and 11, from the ribbon, database administration tab, click "edit users".

From the Web interface, from the menu bar, select "Users > View/Edit". From the user list, click on a user name. On the user detail screen, you will see the number of user licenses. You may also go to "Users > Add User" to see how many licenses are available.
