Duplicate Key Error when Adding New User (Client + Web)
TRAIN TRACK requires each Licensed User to have a unique login name. In this case, there is already a user listed with the same name as the one you are trying to add. Locate the duplicate user in the Edit User screen and either delete them or edit their name.
If no duplicate user appears in the Edit User screen, please login to your TRAIN TRACK website and select View/Edit from the User List menu. Review the list of users and check for the duplicate user name. Once found, either edit or delete their user name.
Note that Exam Level users for the web application are not listed in the Edit Users screen in your Client Interface. They must be edited and deleted from the Web Application.
