Q: How are users licensed?

A: The basic TRAIN TRACK® license allows you to have one database at one location with one set of data.

User licenses are for individual named users. Each person who uses the database needs to have their own user license. The licenses are not for concurrent users, but they are transferrable. Exam-level users, or employees who are just logging in to take an exam or view their own status, currently do not need their own user license. All other users do need their own license.
