Q: I am installing the Web interface and instead of the login screen I see the error:

"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. 

If you are the system administrator please click here here to find out more about this error."

A:  Please try using the connection string below instead of the one you are currently using. The connection string is located in the folder where your web pages are installed, in the "Connections" folder in the file named "TTSERV". Replace "MyUser" with your user name and "MyPassword" with your password. If you used a different DSN or database name, replace those as well. 

DSN=TTSERV;UID=MyUser;PWD=MyPassword;database=TRAINTRACK;
