Q: I am trying to import records in the Web interface but I am getting the error "Incorrect syntax near 'x'". How can I resolve this?

A: This error is usually caused by the apostrophe symbol (') being included in your import data. Please remove any apostrophes from your import spreadsheet and try to import again. If you are still not able to import, please send us your spreadsheet for review to: support@libertylabs.com.
