Sort report by multiple columns in web

Q: In the Web interface, I can click a column heading to sort by that column, but how can I sort by more than one column?

A: Once you have sorted a report in the web interface, if you know this trick, you can sort by additional columns. For example, if you sort by last name, you will see in your browser address bar "...orderby=lastname". To add another column to sort by, just type in the column name after the text in your browser bar. If I wanted to sort by last name, then training title, it would say "...orderby=lastname,certname". Use a comma to separate the name of each column (no spaces). Here are some column names you may use:

First Name - firstname
Last Name - lastname
ID Number - filenum
Training Title - certname
Training Number - certnum
Completion date - complete
Expiration date - exp
Completion Status - compstatus

To see the name of another column that is not listed, just sort by that column by clicking on the column heading, and you will see what the name is in your browser bar.
