Q: I'm trying to import employee records and I'm getting the message "Field F18 does not exist". What is wrong?

A: This may be caused by some data being pasted into a column to the right of the template columns, and then the data was deleted from the cell, but the column was not deleted. Highlight about 10 columns to the right of the column headings in the template, and delete the whole columns.

This can also happen if you check the box "Export data with formatting and layout" when you export the template. Please leave this box un-checked when exporting your template.
