A: In order to send automatic email notices from Office 365, you will need to contact Microsoft to add your domain to their whitelist so that they will allow you to send the notices. You will also need to use port 25.

Make sure the "from" email address is an account that can log in to the mail server. You may also want to try using the IP address instead of the server name.
