Email Not Sending in version 10

Q: I have assigned training, and employees have email addresses, but no email notices are sent. I have the Client Edition version 10.

A: In version 10, notices are only sent out for training that is expiring. Notices will not be sent for training that is "needed". The employee has to complete the training once, and have it expire. If you update to the latest version, then notices will be sent out for all training due, even if it was never completed.
