The Web shows email notices to send, but not the Desktop
Q: If I open the Web interface, I can see email notices to be sent. However, when I open the Desktop interface, it shows no notices to be sent, and clicking "Send Now" doesn't do anything.
A: The email notices from the Web interface and the Desktop interface are managed separately, and are based on different criteria. Depending on how you have your email for the Desktop configured, or if you are using an older version of the software, the notices that would go out if you used the Web email may not be the same as the notices that would be sent from the Desktop. We recommend having Due Notices enabled in one interface or the other, not both.
