Email Not Sending but Test Message Works

Q: The test message works, but none of the regular email notices are being sent.

A: Try un-checking the "Use SSL" box in your email settings. If you are using our mail server, it does not require SSL. If you see an attachment created in your TRAIN TRACK folder but it is not sent, this is likely the cause.

Note: If the box shows a black square, you need to check and un-check it because this indicates a NULL value instead of "yes" or "no".
