Q :We are installing the Web but get an error when trying to start the website:

"Cannot Start Website

There was an error while performing this operation.

The object identifier does not represent a valid object"

A: To correct this error, please follow these steps:

1. On your IIS Web server, under "Sites", please click on "Advanced Settings".

2. Under "Behavior > Enabled Protocols", please make sure you have asp listed after http and that they are separated by a comma, not a semi-colon.

3. Please also make sure that you have installed ASP and rebooted your server.

4. If you continue to experience an issue, please route to your TRAIN TRACK website and edit the URL to end in /web_track.jpg. If you do not see an image, check if you have the correct file path.
