" New revision not requiring re-training
Q: I added a new revision, and marked that re-training was needed, but employees who completed the previous version were not required to re-train.
A: Completing a training does not make the training required. If the employee was never required to complete the first revision of the training, they will not be required to complete a new revision. If you want an employee to be required to complete a training (and any new revisions), you will need to assign the training as required by department, job title, for the individual, or for all employees.
