New revision does not require re-training, but previous one did.
Q: We have a training where revision 11 required re-training, but revision 12 and 13 did not. After adding revision 13, an employee who completed revision 10 is now showing a status of "complete".
A: In TRAIN TRACK® version 10 and earlier, if an employee has completed version 10, but you are now on version 13, we are assuming that you are not going to train them on version 11, then 12, then 13, but instead will just train them on revision 13. Therefore, if you have employees who have been out of date for a long time, and have not been trained to the previous revisions, then when you release version 13, you would need to indicate that re-training is needed. TRAIN TRACK® was only looking to see if re-training was needed for the current revision, not the previous ones.
In version 11 and greater, when a revision requires re-training, all previous revisions are expired (not just the last one), so this should resolve your issue.
