Q: When I log in to the web application, enter my password, and click "confirm", I get a 500 error.

A: This may be caused by having an email address or user name of more than 50 characters.

Another possible cause is that your database may have reached the maximum size based on your allocated space. Try compacting your database or increasing your allowable size. If your application is hosted on our servers, please contact us and we will adjust the database size for you.
