Q: I am trying to reset my password using the link provided in the "Forgot Password" email. When I click the link, I get the error message:

"The parameterized query '(@p1 varcahr (200), @P2 varchar (200)) SELECT signpswd FROM dbo.tblE' expects the parameter '@P2', which was not supplied." UserNewPswd.asp line 38".

A: This is likely due to trying to reset a password without having a current password to reset.

Please check with your administrator to make sure you do have a user name and password in the database. If you are unable to resolve this, please reach out to us and we can provide you with an updated script to fix this issue.
