Web states test message was sent but not received

Q: After configuring auto email and clicking on "Send Test Message", it states the Test Message was sent, but I never got the test message email. In addition, when I click on the "Forgot Password" link, I get a message that an email was sent to me with a password reset link, but I do not get the email.
