Q: When a user forgets their password and clicks the "reset password" link, they get an email and they click on the link in the email. However, after they type in a new password, they get a 404 page not found error.

A: Your application may be missing a page called "UserNewPswdSent.asp". If you do not have this page installed, please contact us and we can get you a copy of the page.
