Q: I have the Cloud + Client (Or Hosted Client) Edition. Can I use the Client interface to send automatic email notices?

A: Yes, you may set up your automatic email using the Client interface, even if your database is hosted on our servers. Each time a licensed user is logged in to the Client interface for at least 5 minutes, the auto notices will be triggered to be sent. Please let us know that you would like to do this and we will configure the email server settings for you. You will be able to change the selection of which emails to send, the number of days before notices are sent/repeated, and the message.
