Q: I am trying to import employees into the web interface but I am getting an error to contact my system administrator or click for more info. When I click for more info, I am routed to a site that states "Classic ASP Not Installed by Default on IIS 7.0 and above". Everything is installed correctly and I see the file in the upload folder but TRAIN TRACK still shows that I have 0 employees.

A: This is likely caused by the IUSER not having permission in the "uploads" folder. The IUSER needs permission as well as the Windows® user. Please allow the IUSER full permission in the folder on your server under C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\TRAINTRACK\uploads. If you also want to upload images for exam questions, the IUSER and Windows® user will also need full permission for C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\TRAINTRACK\images.
