Can't Log In as Administrator

Q: When I open the Client interface, I just get the box to log in as an Exam user, but I am listed as an Administrator under "Edit Users".

A: If you have checked that the user name is listed under "Edit Users" and has the "Administrator" box checked, and is listed as "Active", please check your Windows account and verify if you account name is the same as what appears on your screen. Occasionally, when you look up your account, it is not the same as the name displayed when hovering over your user icon.
