" Reset Password Error - Invalid use of Null
Q: When I try to reset my password from the Web interface, I get the error, "Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a005e' Invalid use of Null: 'cStr' /aspmailresetpswd.asp, line 84."
A: This happens when you try to reset your password, but there is no email address associated with your account. You will need to talk to the administrator of TRAIN TRACK® within your organization and ask her to add your email address to your employee record, and make sure your user account is associated with the correct employee record.
1. Open the Employee record and verify that the correct email address is listed.
2. Open "Edit Users" and locate the user. Verify that the correct employee name is associated with the user.
