Duplicate completion records on report

Q: I'm seeing duplicate records on a completion report. The duplicates do not appear on the screens.

A: You may have duplicate revisions for the training completion record (the employee completing the training twice on the same day, but with different revisions). This will cause you to see duplicates on the reports, but not on the screens. Edit or delete the duplicate completion record (unless the employee really did complete the training for two different revisions on the same day).
