Duplicate completion records in version 10+

Q: I'm seeing duplicate completion records, but I did not enter duplicate records. What is causing this?

A: In version 10 or earlier, you may see duplicate completion records when you are viewing the status of required training if you have a duplicate revision for the training. To check this, from the training detail screen, select to show Training Info > Revisions. In version 11 select to show Revisions. If you see a duplicate revision, delete one of these.

If the duplicate is your current revision (in version 10 and earlier) you will need to take a few steps to fix this. In this example. let's say that you have two revisions called "A":

1. Create a temporary new revision called "99".
2. Delete both of the revisions called revision "A".
3. Create a new revision "A".
4. Delete revision "99".
