Training Should Be Required But is Not
Q: I have assigned a training as required for a job title, but employees with that job title do not have the training listed as required.
A: There are a few reasons a training might not show as required for an employee:
1. There is an exception for the employee. The training will also not be required if the employee is listed under "Exceptions".
2. There is an exception by hire date range. Check under exceptions to see if there is a hire date range, and if so, if the employee was hired within that range.
3. The training is only required at one location. If a location is listed on the training detail screen under required "Only for Location", then ONLY employees at that location will be required to complete it.
4. The training is inactive. Check to see if the training is inactive (or the employee).
