Required employee not showing
Q: I have an employee that I required as an individual to complete a training, but they do not show up under status of all required. Why?
A: There could be a number of reasons for this:

A: There could be a number of reasons for this:
- Check under exceptions and make sure the employee is not listed as an exception.
- Check under hire date range and make sure the requirements are not limited by the hire date.
- Make sure the employee status and training status are "Active".
