Required employee not showing

Q: I have an employee that I required as an individual to complete a training, but they do not show up under status of all required. Why?

A: There could be a number of reasons for this:

  1. Check under exceptions and make sure the employee is not listed as an exception.
  2. Check under hire date range and make sure the requirements are not limited by the hire date.
  3. Make sure the employee status and training status are "Active".
