Q: I tried to import completion records using the template, but nothing was imported.

A: Please make sure your completion records include a completion date. Completion records are only imported if there is a valid completion date. Completion dates in the future are not imported because they are not valid.

Completions will only be imported for Training and Employee records that already exist in the database. You will need to add or import the Trainings records and Employee records before importing completions.
