A: Yes, the training title has to be exactly the same on your training list and your spreadsheet in order for the database to know they are the same training. Starting with version 11, if the training number is the same, then the training titles do not need to match, as TRAIN TRACK is using the training number to link the records.

Starting in version 11, all training records will be required to have a unique training number. When you import completion records, they will be matched by the number, and the title will not need to match.

You can also try importing with just the training number instead of training name.
