Duplicate Completions
Q: An employee is showing two completion records on the same date for the same training.
A: Having duplicate completion records will not cause any issues or affect the completion status. If two or more completions were accidentally entered, you may just leave them, or you may delete the extra records. To delete the records, go to the Training Detail screen, completions, and delete them from there.
