" Can we switch to the hosted web edition?
Q: We just purchased a license but we have not installed the software yet. Can we switch to the hosted web edition instead? Can our purchase price be credited toward the hosting service?
A: Yes, if you purchased the license within the last 30 days, and you have not installed the software, we can apply the amount toward your hosting fees, or the license for a different edition. If your purchase was over 30 days ago, please contact us. We will review your case and determine if any portion of your license fee may be transferrable, or what we can do to meet your needs to the best of our ability.
