Q: I am trying to import employee records but I am receiving the following error:

The contents of fields in 0 records were deleted and 15 records were lost due to key violations...."

A: This is likely because you are trying to use firstname.lastname as the default login and have some duplicate names. You can either use something else for the default login or remove the duplicate names from the user list before importing.
