A report suddenly started taking a long time to open

Q: We have a report that used to run fast, but now it takes about 20 minutes to open. What is wrong?

A: If the report was working fine and then suddenly it is not working fine, then that usually means something changed on your system.

Sometimes this happens due to a date that is way out of range. Check your data for dates such as "1/1/200" or something similar. Starting in version 11, you will no longer be able to enter those types of dates.

Please also make sure that all training records have a release date and grace period listed.

This could also be caused by a change in your network or on your workstation.
