" Using Exam Required? without having an exam.
Q: I want to be able to use the "Exam Required?" feature, and indicate if the employee passed the exam. However, we do not use the online exams, and TRAIN TRACK won't let me check the box for "exam required" if there is not an exam with the record. What can I do?
A: In order to activate the "Exam Required?" feature, you will need to fill in the exam information with the training record. It's OK if you don't actually use the exam, but TRAIN TRACK needs to see something there before it will allow you to check the box.
