Q: Is there a guarantee for uptime with your hosted edition?
A: We guarantee 99.9% uptime, and any downtime issues will be resolved within 4 hours. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance and scheduled during low use periods.
If the service is unavailable for more than a 4-hour period, your service will be extended by one month for each confirmed 24-hour period in which the service is unavailable for 4 hours or more.
