How to import completions into Client or Desktop Interface
To import completion records into the Client/Desktop interface:
1. Name the Excel file you wish to import from – ex: For_Import
2. Open the file
3. In TRAIN TRACK, click the Import Data button in the navigation pane on the left
4. Click on Import Training Completion Records
5. Export the template then click to open it
6. Copy and paste your data from the For_Import file to TT_Complet.xls – remember that the column headings and order in the TT_Complete.xls file must remain as is.
7. Close & Save the file
8. Return to TRAIN TRACK, click on Browse to locate the file you just completed then click Import
Note: Please make sure that completion records are imported after employee and training records have already been imported as completion imports will reference existing training and employee records.
