Web Email Not Sending but Test Message Works

Q: Email is not sending through the web interface, but the test message works.

A: Your automatic email function may not have been enabled. The default setting does not have automatic email enabled and it needs to be turned on. To do this, you may contact us and we will guide you through it, or you may follow these steps (If you have the Cloud edition, please contact us to enable your automatic email):

1. Go to "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\traintrack\AutoEmail_On

2. Copy the file called "login.asp"

3. Go back to the main "traintrack" folder and replace the current login.asp file with the one you copied.

Your automatic email should now be enabled.
