Error instead of document link when taking exam in Web

Q: When I log in to the Web interface to take an exam, I see an error instead of a link to the document:

"Either BOF or EOF is true, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record."

How can I resolve this?

A: From the "Edit Users" screen, please try deleting the employee's user record and re-adding it (NOT the employee record, just the USER record). You will need to be an Administrator-level user to delete the record.
