Forgot Password Error
Q: When I click the "Forgot Password" link, I get the following error: "Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record." and I do not receive an email with a reset link.
A: This could be caused by your user record not having an employee associated with. Or, if your user record does have an employee associated with it, there may not be an email listed on your employee record.
