Delete Signed Records

Q: I am trying to delete  signed record, but when I click the red X to delete, I get an error that I can't delete a signed record. Is it possible to delete a signed completion?

A: Yes, you may delete a signed record by following these steps:

Desktop Interface:

1. From the ribbon, click on the "Database Administration" tab.

2. Click "Delete Signed Records".

3. Use the record navigation (arrow) buttons at the bottom of the screen to locate the record you wish to delete.

4. Click the "Delete" button then "Close" after the record is deleted.

NOTE: You may also right-click on any field in the "Delete Signed Records" window and select "Find" to search for a specific record.

Web Interface:

1. From the Training Detail screen, "Complete" tab, click on the completion date for the recor you wish to delete.

2. At the bottom of the screen, click "Delete this record".

3. Click "Delete".

Note that only Administrator users may delete signed records.
