TRAIN TRACK"

32-Bit or 64-Bit

Q: Do I need the 32-bit or 64-bit installer?

A: The most common installer is the 32-bit run-time installer. However, if you have a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer, you will need the 64-bit version. If you already have Microsoft Access installed, then you can use the standard installer without Access run-time. Please see the chart located here for more information: https://www.traintracksoftware.com/ClientTrial.asp.

The easiest way to determine what version of Office is installed:
1. Locate Access in your list of applications.
2. Launch Access and open a blank database.
3. Click on File and then Account.
4. Once the account screen opens, click on About Access and note the top line of information regarding the program version and year.

If Access is not installed on your workstation, please install TRAIN TRACK using the run-time installer. This will install the free run-time version of Access on your workstation along with the TRAIN TRACK application.
