Q: My company upgraded my computer, and now when I try to open TRAIN TRACK, I see a message stating that the program was created with the 32-bit version of Access. What can I do?

A: You will see this message if you have the 64-bit version of Access installed. If you do have the 64-bit version, you will need the 64-bit version of TRAIN TRACK. Check your registration letter for the download link to this file. You can also uninstall the 64-bit version and install the 32-bit version of Office instead.
