Administrator: Can do everything.
Standard: Can do almost everything except edit users, global settings and audit trail functions.
Read-only: Can view but not edit all records.
Completions: Can only edit completions.
Limited: Can only view/edit subordinates.
Exam: Can only view their own status, register for classes, and take exams.

In some editions, the users may also be limited to one department, subordinates, or one location.
