" Search users in desktop interface
Q: I can't search the list of users in the desktop interface. When I try to search, nothing is found.
A: To search the list of users, please follow these steps:
1. Right-click in the "Login Name" field (or the field you wish to search) and select "Find".
2. In the pop-up box, type in the text you wish to search for.
3. Change the Match criteria to "Any part of field".
4. Check the box "Search fields as formatted".
5. Click "Find Next".
