A: You can see which reports include inactive employees from the report menu in the Desktop interface. The last column on the menu displays the status included, "Active" or "Inactive" or both.
The "History by Employee" and the "History by Training" reports both include completion data and hours for inactive employees. The "Roster of Inactive Employees" also lists inactive employees.
In addition, when you export data to Excel from the "Email/Export" tab, inactive employees are included.
