Q: The training due reports do not show all training that is needed or expired. Why?

A: If you have a grace period set, then employees will not show on the due reports until after the grace period has elapsed. This gives them time to complete the training without showing up as having outstanding training on the report. If you would like to see the status of all required, please try using a "status" report, or the custom report filter to get the data you need. If you need help determining the best way to get the data you want, please let us know and we would be happy to help. We can also add custom reports for you if needed.
