Q: What is the maximum file size I can upload to a TRAIN TRACK Hosted Website? Can I add more storage space?

A: You may upload individual files of 25MB or less. If you have a file in excess of 25MB, you have a few options:

Option 1 

Host the file on an external site and then add the hyperlink to your training. For example, if you host a video on YouTube, you may copy the link to the video and paste it into the training record file link field.

Option 2

If your site is hosted on our servers, and you have a file over 25MB that you need to upload, we may be able to load the file for you. Please contact us for help.

Option 3

If your site is installed on your servers, you may still use a file over 25MB, you just can't load it using the web page. If you manually save the file to the "Upload" folder on your web server, and then enter the link as "Upload/MyFileName.xxx", the file will be accessible through the application. Please let us know if you need help with this.

If your site is hosted on our servers, your first 500MB of file storage space is included for free. You may purchase additional storage space in 500MB increments.
