A: If you are using the hosted web application, then TRAIN TRACK is on the web and not on your local network, so the program can't recognize a link to a file on your network (i.e. S:\myfolder\myfile). Instead, you need to use a URL link to your file. It needs to be loaded onto a web-enabled server that has a web address accessible from the internet. The address will begin with http:// or https://.

Alternatively, you can upload the files instead of adding a hyperlink.
